At the end of 2025, Greenflow Engineering became part of Greenflow Marine, resulting in a unified and strengthened identity.

This integration marks a strategic step in the group’s evolution, consolidating under a single brand all the experience, technical expertise, and operational capabilities developed over recent years.

A strategic integration with full continuity

The fusion took full legal effect on December 30, 2025, and was carried out in accordance with applicable legislation. As a result, Greenflow Marine universally succeeds Greenflow Engineering in all its rights, obligations, contractual positions, and other assets.
