GREENFLOW MARINE – SERVIÇOS MARÍTIMOS E AMBIENTAIS, S.A., public limited company headquartered at Rua Maria Vitória Bourbon Bobone, n.º 93, Lote 16.3, Loja D, 3030-502 COIMBRA, Parish of Santo António dos Olivais, share capital of 50,000.00 Euros, registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry under the single registration number, tax identification number and legal person number 510319840 – hereinafter GREENFLOW.

GREENFLOW represents an Engineering, Marine and Chemical company group, specialized in providing a tailor made solution for waste management, waste treatment, and supplying chemicals to ensure the success of our treatments.

 

 

2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT
The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, hereinafter “GDPR”) and Law No. 58/2019 of 8TH of August, which ensures the implementation in the Portuguese legal system of the GDPR, establish the legal rules on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
“Personal data” is any information, of any nature and regardless of its support, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, so protection does not cover data of legal persons. This Privacy Policy establishes how GREENFLOW uses the personal data of its customers and potential customers (hereinafter the user), and these terms are applicable and accepted by them, from the moment the user gives their consent. within the scope of the respective contact registration, through the website https://greenflow/contact/.
Currently, in the context of access, navigation and use of the website, no session cookies are used. As part of the contact registration on the website to require additional information or technical documents, the user provides the data relating to (i) name, (ii) e-mail address, (iii) telephone contact, (iv) company name of the represented company (optional), and through a disclaimer form with acceptance and no acceptance options, once choosing «Confirm the acceptance message GDPR », user is declaring the knowledge and assent to the terms of the privacy policy contained herein, as well as being informed, expressing freely and unequivocal the consent for the data provided to be included in a file under the responsibility of GREENFLOW, whose treatment in accordance with legal regulations complies with the appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
At the time of collection of personal data, except in the fields where the contrary is indicated, the user may voluntarily make the personal data available, without the lack of response implying a decrease in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services (unless it is indicated otherwise). GREENFLOW will only maintain a database with the registration of its customers. The data present in this database are only the data provided by the users at the time of their registration, being collected and processed automatically, under the terms approved by GREENFLOW, the entity responsible for the corresponding file.
The data are sent directly by email and are not stored/registered on the site.
Under no circumstances will information be requested on philosophical or political beliefs, party or trade union affiliation, religious faith, private life and racial or ethnic origin, as well as data relating to health and sexual life, including genetic data.
Under no circumstances will any of the following activities be carried out with the personal data provided to us through this website:

In order to comply with the purpose of this website, GREENFLOW may share your personal data with other entities, which will treat them exclusively for the activities of managing and processing contacts.
The entities to whom GREENFLOW may share your data under the terms mentioned above with subcontracted entities for the provision of contact management and processing services.

GREENFLOW declares that it has implemented and will continue to implement the security measures of a technical and organizational nature necessary to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the personal data provided to it on the website in order to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the current state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
The collection and processing of data is carried out in a safe way that prevents its loss or manipulation. Personal data are treated with the level of protection legally required to guarantee their security and prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, being the user aware and accepting that the measures of Internet security are not impregnable.
GREENFLOW, whenever it accesses any personal data, undertakes to:

  • Store them through legally required security measures, of a technical and organizational nature, that guarantee their security, thus preventing unauthorized alteration, loss, treatment or access, in accordance with the state of technology at any given time, the nature of the data and the possible risks to which they are exposed;
  • Use the data exclusively for the purposes previously defined;
  • Make sure that the data is processed only by the workers whose intervention is necessary for the provision of the service, who are bound by the duty of secrecy and confidentiality. If there is a possibility that the information may be disclosed to third parties, they must be obliged to maintain the necessary confidentiality in accordance with the provisions of this document.
